Sales Manager (Food Manufacture)

PERSOL Indonesia is assisting a leading Japanese food manufacturing company specializing in premium egg production and distribution in hiring a Sales Manager to support its business expansion in Indonesia.📍 Location: Jakarta Barat 🕒 Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 17.00 💰 Salary: Up to IDR 25 Million Gross + THR + BonusKey Responsibilities• Manage and grow sales with key accounts, including supermarkets, food manufacturers, and restaurant chains. • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and purchasing teams. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts. • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to maximize performance. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities. • Collaborate with management and provide regular sales updates and reports.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in any related field. • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Food, FMCG, or related industries. • Experience handling Supermarket / Modern Trade channels. • Strong experience negotiating with supermarket buyers and purchasing teams. • Proven experience in Key Account Management and achieving sales targets. • Experience leading and managing a sales team. • Intermediate English proficiency.Preferred Qualifications• Experience in eggs, dairy products, fresh food, chilled food, or related food categories. • Experience working in a Japanese company environment. • Career OpportunityThis position offers strong career growth potential.
