Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Jeddah for a Sales Manager or Production Manager specializing in architectural glass. As a Sales Manager, responsibilities include developing client relationships, driving sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities in the architectural glass market. As a Production Manager, key tasks involve overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production efficiency for glass products. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality product standards is critical for both roles. Qualifications For Sales Manager: Experience in sales strategy, client relationship management, and identifying new market opportunities in the architectural or construction materials sector.For Production Manager: Expertise in production operations, quality control measures, and knowledge of manufacturing processes for architectural glass or aluminum products.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills for managing teams and stakeholders.Technical proficiency in architectural systems or production technologies relevant to glass and aluminum products.Relevant academic qualifications in business management, engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in management are a plus.Familiarity with the construction or architectural domain and understanding of industry standards and practices are advantageous.
