Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the OpportunityA leading international company in the professional equipment and solutions sector is looking to appoint a Sales Managers in France, covering Toulouse. These are newly focused commercial roles with a strong new business development / hunter orientation. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing new customers and business opportunities within their respective regions, with the opportunity to progressively develop existing accounts into a broader farming responsibility as the customer base grows.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a direct sales strategy within the assigned territory.Identify, prospect and acquire new customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and closing.Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.Gradually develop and manage existing accounts as the customer portfolio grows.Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer service and successful implementation.Regularly report commercial activity and pipeline development to the Sales Manager.Target Profile:The ideal candidate will have:5-10 years of professional sales experience, ideally with a strong new business focus.Experience in OPL (On-Premise Laundry) is preferred.Candidates from professional kitchens, HVAC, industrial laundry or adjacent technical sectors will also be considered.A solid technical understanding, particularly of electricity, gas and installations.An established professional network within the assigned region is highly desirable, particularly for the Toulouse territory.Strong commercial drive and a genuine hunter mentality.The ability to work independently and develop a territory from the ground up.French fluency is essential.English is strongly preferred, particularly as training will take place in Spain.Willingness to travel extensively and spend approximately 3 nights per week away from home.
