The opportunity now is to strengthen its commercial presence within Germany and build further momentum across the region.The roleYou will take ownership of a defined geographic territory, combining new business development with the growth of existing customer and partner relationships.The position will involve:Developing new business across Germany and selected neighbouring marketsBuilding relationships with healthcare, laboratory, scientific and other technically led customersManaging the full sales process from initial engagement through technical discussions, demonstrations, negotiation and closeDeveloping existing accounts while identifying opportunities for further growthBuilding and managing a high-quality commercial pipelineWorking with channel and distribution partners where appropriateGathering market intelligence and identifying emerging commercial opportunitiesRepresenting the business at relevant customer meetings, exhibitions and industry eventsWorking autonomously while collaborating with a wider European commercial teamWhat we're looking forFluent German is essential.We are looking for someone who already understands how to sell a technically sophisticated physical product into the German market.You are likely to have:A successful track record in B2B sales across GermanyExperience within medical devices, laboratory/scientific equipment or technical capital equipmentExperience managing consultative and potentially longer sales cyclesThe credibility to engage with technical, scientific, clinical, procurement and commercial stakeholdersStrong new-business development capabilityExperience managing a geographic territory with a high degree of autonomyThe willingness to travel regularly across your marketWe are deliberately open-minded on exact product background.
