Employment Type: Full-time On SiteWorking Days : Mon-Fri with alternate Sat off (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM)Interested candidate please email to hr@myanmarapn.com with your expected salary and CV.Duties and responsibilitiesLead the sale team day-to-day operationPlan sale strategy to meet sale target Prepare sales and services reportsManage customer accounts and communicate with engineering teamAttend internal meetings as well as client meetingOther ad-hoc duties assigned by DirectorsMaintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededOverseeing the sales team progress and plan to penetrate new marketTrack weekly, monthly and quarterly performance of sales reps and set goal for themLead weekly and monthly meetings with sales team Set vision for the team and process to achieve the visionManage and build rapport relationship with property management for contract terms.
Professional skills and qualificationsDiploma or Degree in sales and marketing related OR at least 3 years working experience as sales and marketing senior positionExcellent communication, interpersonal and multi-tasking skillsMust be able to communicate in English languageAdditional benefits for Chinese language speakersOpen communication with team members and ability to accept criticismTarget achiever and strong customers focused attitude Excellent management skills and ability to work as a teamMust be proficient in MS Office, E-mails and other IT related knowledgeWillingness to learn is a must and ability to work under pressurePersuasive and goal-oriented in-depth understanding of company services and its position in the marketExcellent customer care, verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to travel when needed
