Sales Manager – Machine Shop, Specialized Coatings & Component Manufacturing

About the RoleThe Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth for precision machining, reverse engineering, specialized coatings, component manufacturing, and repair solutions throughout the UAE.ResponsibilitiesDevelop business in UAE with focus in ADNOC, TAQA and industrial customers.Promote machining, coatings and manufacturing capabilities.Generate RFQs and long-term service agreements.Build relationships with maintenance managers and reliability engineers.Prepare sales forecasts.Support strategic partnerships.Negotiate commercial agreements.QualificationsMechanical Engineering degree or equivalent.8–10 years of UAE sales experience in machine shop, coatings or manufacturing.Strong understanding of machining, welding, thermal spray and repair solutions.Established customer network in UAE.UAE driving license.Preferred SkillsExperience selling HVOF, laser cladding, hard chrome, nickel plating or precision manufacturing.Knowledge of rotating equipment components is a plus.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
