Sales Manager- Mechanical

Sky High HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Mechanical to drive business growth by promoting mechanical engineering products and services, developing strategic client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the UAE.The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, proven business development experience, and extensive exposure to EPC contractors, industrial clients, and engineering projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote mechanical products and services to EPC contractors, End Users, Integrators, and industrial clients.Develop new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.Achieve agreed sales, turnover, invoicing, profitability, and business development targets.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.Support project opportunities and coordinate with internal engineering teams to maximize business potential.Cross-sell the company's engineering product portfolio.Work closely with Procurement and Finance to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.Strengthen relationships with customers through regular meetings and promotional activities.Support vendor registration with new clients and maintain existing registrations.Assist the Business Development & Services Manager with strategic initiatives.Contribute to departmental development, including tools, CRM systems, marketing activities, training, and process improvements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including business development or technical sales.Strong experience selling engineering products and services.Experience working with EPC contractors, End Users, Integrators, or industrial clients.Strong understanding of project-based engineering sales.Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.Good knowledge of engineering office systems and Microsoft Office.Excellent written and spoken English.Arabic language skills are an advantage.Valid UAE Driving License.What We're Looking ForStrong commercial mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented professional.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Professional integrity with a proactive and dynamic approach to business.
