We’re Looking for a Leader | Off Plan Sales ManagerNestseekers Real Estate Dubai is looking for an experienced and visionary Off Plan Sales Manager to lead, mentor and build a high-performing team of Property Consultants.We are not simply looking for someone with a managerial title.We are looking for a LEADER.Someone who understands what Off Plan real estate really means in Dubai. Someone who knows the developers, understands the market, knows how to identify the right opportunities, and most importantly, knows how to build and lead a team that delivers results.The ideal candidate will already have proven experience managing a team of real estate agents in Dubai and a strong track record in Off Plan sales.What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Off Plan Property Consultants
• Recruit, train, onboard and develop high-performing agents
• Set clear sales objectives and drive the team towards ambitious targets
• Develop and implement Off Plan sales strategies and business plans
• Coach agents through prospecting, presentations, negotiations and closures
• Build strong relationships with leading Dubai developers and key industry partners
• Monitor pipelines, conversions, individual performance and team results
• Conduct regular team meetings, training and one-to-one coaching
• Identify market opportunities and continuously improve team performance
• Ensure RERA compliance and adherence to company policiesWho We Are Looking For:This role is for an established real estate leader.You should have:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE real estate experience
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing a real estate team in Dubai
• Strong and demonstrable Off Plan sales experience
• A proven track record of recruiting, developing and retaining agents
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s Off Plan market and developer landscape
• The ability to create a vision, set direction and inspire a team to achieve it
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and closing skills
• A strong commercial mindset with a focus on revenue and performance
• RERA certification is an advantage
