Real Estate Sales Manager Location: Dubai, UAEPosition: Real Estate Sales ManagerSalary: Up to AED 8,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and achieve business targets in the Dubai real estate market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular coaching and support.Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring strong conversion rates.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property owners, and developers.Guide the team through the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing.Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, property launches, pricing, and market trends.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for management.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant UAE real estate regulations.Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of sales consultants.Requirements1-3+ years of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales, preferably in a managerial or team-lead role.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team.Strong client relationship and business development skills.Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
