Sales Manager - Retail SalesAbout the RoleOur client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager - Retail Sales to join their team in Sharjah, UAE.This role will be responsible for leading retail sales operations across the UAE, driving business growth, expanding dealer and distributor networks, and managing retail channel performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing sales strategies, increasing market penetration, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.About the RequirementsIdeal candidates should possess expertise in:Retail sales strategy development and execution.Dealer and distributor network development.Channel sales management and business expansion.Sales forecasting and performance analysis.Market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification.Team leadership, coaching, and performance management.Customer relationship management and key account development.Negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making.Building long-term partnerships with dealers, distributors, and retail customers.Strong communication and presentation skills.About YouBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development.Proven experience in managing dealers, distributors, and retail partners.Experience within one or more of the following industries is preferred: Interior Products, Window Coverings, Home Furnishing, Furniture, Building Materials, Flooring, Fit-Out, Architectural ProductsStrong leadership and people management skills.Ability to analyze sales performance and implement corrective action plans.Strong networking, relationship-building, and commercial acumen.Good understanding of the UAE retail and construction market.UAE Driving License is preferred.Willingness to travel across the UAE for dealer visits and market development activities.About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization with ambitious expansion plans and long-term career development prospects.
