Key Qualifications
- Strong UAE real estate experience, with an excellent understanding of the Dubai property market
- Proven leadership experience managing a team of approximately 25–35 experienced real estate agents
- Strong track record in driving sales performance and closing transactions
- Ability to set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and hold teams accountable for results
- Excellent agency and broker relationships across the UAE market
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including pipeline management, lead tracking and performance monitoring
- Strong understanding of project launches, inventory management and sales strategy
- Ability to motivate, coach and develop experienced sales professionals
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
