While this is a regional role reporting into broader commercial leadership, there is potential for people management responsibilities in the future, depending on business growth and team expansion. This is a hands-on role ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in surgical robotics, Laparoscopic, and team collaboration.
Job Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & ExecutionAdapt and execute the GCC Region sales strategy to achieve or exceed annual targets.Manage the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline development, tenders, pricing, and contract negotiation.Identify and develop new business opportunities across public and private hospitals within the region.2. Team Collaboration & DevelopmentWork closely with sales, service, and clinical teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.Support the growth of team members through coaching, knowledge sharing, and performance feedback.Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs and contribute to a high-performance culture.Note: There is potential for direct people management responsibilities in the future, depending on team structure and business needs.3. Customer Engagement & KOL ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, procurement teams, hospital executives, and other key stakeholders.Support robotic program development and foster long-term customer partnerships within the Morocco and surrounded countriesAssist in engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and advisory boards to drive clinical adoption and customer confidence.4. Operational CollaborationPartner with cross-functional teams including Service, Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations to ensure smooth installations, training, and post-sales support.Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to refine regional sales approach.Provide regional insights to support broader commercial and product strategies.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in medical devices, preferably in surgical robotics, capital equipment, or related fields.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience working with cross-functional teams (sales, clinical, service).Good understanding of the GCC Region healthcare system and hospital procurement processes.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant industry experience will be highly regarded.
