WE'RE HIRING | SALES MANAGER – TECHNICAL PRODUCTION & LIVE EVENTS | UAEWe are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager to join our growing technical production and event services business in the UAE.The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background in one or more of the following areas:AV equipment rental and technical productionLive events and entertainment productionStaging, rigging and lightingProfessional audio, LED screens and video technologyEvent technology and production servicesKey responsibilities:Develop new business and secure high-value projects across the UAE.Build and maintain relationships with event agencies, exhibition organisers, corporate clients and production companies.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposals to negotiation and closing.Grow existing accounts, identify cross-selling opportunities and deliver revenue targets.Work closely with technical and operations teams to develop competitive, commercially sound solutions.What we're looking for:Proven B2B sales experience within the UAE events or technical production market.A strong network of industry contacts and demonstrable business development success.Excellent negotiation, presentation and client relationship skills.A proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong commercial mindset.If you have the industry experience, client relationships and ambition to grow with an expanding business, we'd like to hear from you.Interested?
