Sales Marketing Executive

WE’RE HIRING: SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE / CONTENT CREATOR – HOME MAINTENANCE📍 Dubai, UAEWe are looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive / Content Creator with strong knowledge of the home maintenance and home services industry.The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting and presenting to clients, while also being creative and hands-on in developing engaging content to promote our services across digital and social media platforms.

Key Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, or content creation
• Strong knowledge of home maintenance services, including AC, plumbing, electrical, handyman, painting, duct cleaning, water tank cleaning, and AMC services
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to confidently present services, proposals, quotations, technical solutions, and AMC packages to clients
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals
• Strong content creation and social media marketing skills
• Ability to create engaging reels, videos, photos, before-and-after content, promotional posts, and service campaigns
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Knowledge of digital advertising and Meta Ads is an advantage
• Creative eye for branding, visuals, and promotional content
• Good understanding of the Dubai residential and villa market
• Strong network and industry connections are preferred
• Target-driven, creative, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
