With a strong focus on product quality, distribution, and customer relationships, we are now strengthening our sales network across Kerala.Role: Sales OfficerLocations: Multiple locations across KeralaEmployment: Full-time | Field SalesKey ResponsibilitiesDrive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territoryDevelop the newly launched business channel and strengthen existing channelsExpand distributor, retailer, GT, and HoReCa coverageIdentify new outlets and improve product availability and visibilityBuild strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partnersAchieve monthly sales, distribution, and collection targetsExecute local promotions and in-market brand initiativesMonitor competitor activity and share regular market feedbackMaintain accurate sales reports and coordinate with internal teamsFollow the planned market visit schedule and ensure consistent territory coverageCandidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience is mandatoryMinimum 1 year experience in HORECA channel is requiredGood understanding of distributor management and retail salesStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and achieve assigned targetsFamiliarity with the local market in the preferred locationWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territoryTwo-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferredBasic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting toolsInterested candidates may send their updated resume to: muhammed.nasik@thekfi.comEmail subject: Application for Sales Officer – [Preferred Location]If you are an energetic FMCG sales professional looking for a growth-oriented opportunity, we would be happy to hear from you.
