Sales Officer

Job ObjectiveTo lead and supervise the sales team in achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role aims to drive sales growth, improve team performance, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall achievement of the organization’s business objectives.Responsibilities Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Supervise, guide, motivate, and develop the sales team to enhance overall performance. Monitor sales performance and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are achieved.Manage and maintain existing customer accounts while actively acquiring new customers and expanding the customer base.Build and strengthen relationships with key customers while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Address and resolve customer complaints effectively to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.Monitor market trends, analyze competitor performance, and identify new sales and growth opportunities. Prepare periodic sales reports and provide management with performance updates and recommendations.Support and implement promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase sales and achieve business objectives.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and product marketing. Strong leadership, supervisory, and sales team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office. Strong customer relationship management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
