The platform is designed to give small merchants the ability to compete with larger brands by using data-driven insights and modern loyalty solutions.Role Description The Sales Officer role at Buy & Stamp is a full-time, hybrid position based in Pokhara, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Officer will identify and qualify prospective small business clients, conduct product demonstrations, and present tailored solutions that align with each merchant’s loyalty and CRM needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account handover. The role also involves building strong client relationships, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback to help improve products and services. The Sales Officer is expected to meet defined sales targets while representing Buy & Stamp in a professional and customer-focused manner.QualificationsStrong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, including prospecting, pipeline management, and accurate reporting.Background in Channel Sales or partnership development, with the ability to engage and support key partners or resellers.Proven track record in consultative sales, preferably in SaaS, CRM, or digital products for small businesses.Solid understanding of loyalty programs, customer retention concepts, and basic CRM workflows is highly beneficial.Comfort with using CRM and productivity tools, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with minimal supervision.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Ability to communicate clearly in English and Nepali, and willingness to travel within Pokhara and nearby areas as needed.
