The Sales Officer will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining financial products and services, and guiding clients through the application and approval process. Daily activities include generating leads, managing sales inquiries, maintaining relationships with channel partners, and ensuring accurate documentation of sales operations. The role also involves providing attentive customer service, resolving queries, and meeting sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with internal teams to improve customer experience and contribute to business growth is an important part of this position.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to identify prospects, manage pipelines, and support the end-to-end sales process.Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience to work with external partners and expand the reach of financial products.Basic knowledge of financial services or consumer lending, along with the ability to understand and explain product features and terms.Proficiency in local language(s) and English, with the ability to prepare clear reports and maintain accurate records.Strong interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.Minimum of a higher secondary CIBIL SCORE 0 OR ABOVE 700
