The individual in this role will engage prospective clients, present project offerings, and provide detailed information on property features, pricing, and financing options. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing site visits, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate sales records. The Sales Officer will work closely with channel partners, coordinate with internal teams to support sales operations, and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves building long-term client relationships and representing the company’s brand and values in all interactions.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, build relationships, and provide clear information to clients.Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and support efficient sales processes.Candidates should possess Channel Sales experience to collaborate with external partners and drive sales through multiple distribution channels.Candidates should ideally have experience in real estate, construction, or related industries and familiarity with local market dynamics.Candidates should have basic proficiency in CRM or sales tracking tools, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work towards defined targets.Candidates should have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Malappuram, with flexibility to conduct client meetings and property visits as needed.
