The Sales Officer is responsible for engaging potential and existing customers, presenting product features and benefits, and guiding customers through the sales process for automotive and related products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new leads, managing sales inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. The role involves working closely with channel partners, visiting showrooms and customer sites, and participating in promotional activities to achieve sales targets. The Sales Officer is expected to uphold SIPRADI’s standards of customer service, represent the brand professionally, and contribute to continuous improvement in sales operations.QualificationsCustomer-focused skills, including strong Customer Service abilities and a commitment to delivering a positive buying experience.Sales and business development skills, such as Lead Generation and Sales Operations, to drive new business and manage the sales pipeline.Channel Sales experience to work effectively with dealers, distributors, and other sales partners.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present products clearly and negotiate effectively.Relevant experience in automotive or related industries is advantageous.Ability to work on-site in Pokhara, travel locally as required, and meet performance targets.Strong organizational, time management, and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools).Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience also considered.
