Sales Officer — Airtics, DubaiAbout AirticsAirtics Education UAE delivers coding, robotics and technology education programs in Dubai.Role OverviewAirtics is seeking a Sales Officer to manage admissions and enrolment sales, working directly with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into confirmed registrations across the program portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound enquiries and convert leads into enrolments through consultations, calls, and in-person meetingsMaintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups and conversions in the CRMAchieve monthly and quarterly admissions targetsGuide prospective students and parents through program options, pricing and enrolment proceduresFollow up on outstanding leads and re-engage inactive enquiriesCoordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedbackRepresent Airtics at on-site events, open days, and school/community outreach as requiredRequirementsProven experience in sales, admissions, or a target-driven customer-facing roleStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience with CRM systems and structured sales reportingAbility to work independently and meet defined targetsExperience in the education sector is an advantage
