Sales Officer - Credit Cards

Role DescriptionThe Sales Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves promoting and selling credit card products to individual customers through direct sales channels such as field visits, in-branch activities, and organized events. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential customers, explaining product features and eligibility criteria, assisting with application completion, and ensuring accurate documentation. The Sales Officer will follow up on leads, maintain a pipeline of prospects, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing and activation of credit cards. The role also requires delivering high-quality customer service, meeting assigned sales targets, and adhering to bank policies and regulatory guidelines.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with diverse customers and stakeholders.Prior experience in banking, financial services, or direct sales within the UAE is preferred.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to manage direct sales activities and coordinate with various sales channels.Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation capabilities to identify, qualify, and convert prospects into successful credit card customers.Candidates should possess basic financial product knowledge, particularly in credit cards, and the ability to explain terms and conditions clearly.Candidates should possess a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should possess good organisational and time management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation requirements.A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is beneficial.BenefitsFixed Monthly Salary + IncentivesVisa & Medical Insurance will be providedInterested applicants may send their CVs at: praveen@mabeaat.com || Whatsapp: 0501074973
