Sales Operation Executive

We are the regional authorised distributor of PUDU Robotics. This role provides end-to-end exposure to regional sales operations across Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.What You’ll DoSales OperationsPrepare SAP quotations, update the CRM, arrange sales meetings, and support customer, dealer, and reseller enquiries.Process sales orders from order acknowledgement to invoice sign-off, including pricing, discounts, gross profit, and margins.Track forecasts and expedite open purchase and sales orders to support timely delivery and invoicing.Manage customer registration and documentation, and recommend improvements to the overall business process.Inventory and Stock ManagementMonitor stock levels and place purchase orders with vendors on time.Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock and maintain accurate inventory records.Track loan and rental units and support stock-taking and audit activities.Logistics CoordinationArrange local and overseas deliveries and coordinate import/export shipments with customers, forwarders, and customs agents.Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Delivery Orders, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and AWB/BL.Resolve shipment issues, provide timely updates, maintain SAP records, and follow company and import/export requirements.Administration and ReportingPrepare and submit accurate sales and operational reports on time.Assist with claims, reimbursements, petty cash, purchase requisitions, finance documents, and filing.Maintain confidentiality and support other Sales Operations duties when required.What You'll BringDegree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.Experience in sales operations, business administration, order processing, or logistics is an advantage.Fresh graduates with a strong interest in Sales Operations are welcome to apply.Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.SAP or CRM experience is an added advantage.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and documents.Proactive, positive, and willing to take ownership.Able to coordinate multiple tasks and follow through until completion.Willing to work in Sri Petaling (next to Endah Parade)Why Join Us?Be part of the fast-growing robotics and automation industry.Gain exposure to regional operations across Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines.Learn the full business cycle—from sales opportunity to customer delivery.Be involved in major deals and real business decisions.Join us as we grow from a distribution business into a leading ASEAN robotics ecosystem provider.If you are organised, commercially minded, and enjoy making sure every detail is completed properly, we would love to hear from you.
