We specialize in tires and wheels for agricultural, industrial, construction, and off-the-road applications, serving OEM and aftermarket customers throughout North America.Our U.S. office is located in Duluth, Georgia, and works closely with our headquarters and manufacturing facilities overseas to support customers across the U.S. and Canada.We are currently seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team and support our growing North American business.ResponsibilitiesProcess and manage customer purchase orders and sales ordersCommunicate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and general inquiriesCoordinate shipments and deliveries with warehouses, carriers, and logistics partnersMonitor inventory levels and assist with inventory planning and managementMaintain accurate sales, order, inventory, and customer recordsPrepare invoices, shipping documents and other sales-related documentationAssist with accounts receivable follow-up and payment statusSupport the sales team with reports and day-to-day operational activitiesCoordinate with our headquarters and manufacturing facilities regarding orders, production, and shipmentsPerform other general administrative and operational duties as neededQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, logistics, customer service, or a related field preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong organizational skills and attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyKorean language proficiency is a plus due to regular business communication with our headquarters and manufacturing facilities in KoreaMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesWe are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who can effectively support our customers and contribute to the continued growth of our U.S. operations.
