Sales Operations & International 3PL Coordinator

We're looking for a Sales Operations & International 3PL Coordinator to join our team and take full ownership of our global order fulfilment process and keep in touch with our 3PL warehouse partners in Australia, the USA and the UK. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operations. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales and Operations, acting as a key bridge to make sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. From end-to-end order processing across multiple international markets to managing 3PL warehouse relationships and supporting product launches, you'll be the person who keeps everything moving. Key responsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end order fulfilment process across AU, USA, and UK markets - from receiving purchase orders through to confirmed deliveryPlace, process, and manage customer orders across all channels, ensuring accuracy on pricing, SKUs, pack configuration, and retailer-specific requirementsCreate and submit all required documentation including sales orders, invoices, packing lists, and carton labelsBe the day-to-day point of contact for our international 3PL warehouse partners in Australia, the USA, and the UKMonitor order status and proactively flag any delays, shortages, or discrepancies to the team before they become issuesMaintain an accurate log of any warehouse incidents (damages, shortages, mispicks) and follow through to resolutionCheck stock availability before orders go out and communicate any risks to the Sales and Supply Chain teamsLearn the compliance requirements of our key retail and distribution customers and ensure every order meets themProduce regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and operational issuesSupport the Sales team with new customer onboarding, product launches, and promotionsSupport the wider team with any other administrative or operational tasks as neededAbout youSome experience or interest in customer service, logistics, order processing or operationsComfortable with Excel and confident learning new systemsWell organised and reliable, with a good eye for detailA clear communicator who can liaise confidently across internal teams and external partnersExperience working with or coordinating a 3PL is a plusFamiliarity with GS1 barcoding standards or EDI is advantageous but not essential
