Sales Operations & Order Management Coordinator

Variscite is a leading global technology company, is expanding and looking for a Sales & Service Order Operations Coordinator to join our team in Lod.We develop and manufacture advanced electronics products for the international business market, and we are offering the opportunity to join a friendly team in a calm, professional environment, supporting sales operations and incoming orders.Requirements• 1-2+ years of experience with sales, marketing coordination \ back office \ administration \ reservations - Must• Strong analytical and technical skills, comfortable working with computer systems - Must• A service oriented personality with strong attention to detail, precise and task driven, able to see both the details and the bigger picture• Written and spoken English - Must• Familiarity with Priority ERP - AdvantageAbility to commute to our offices in Lod.A bachelor's degree - AdvantageThe Role• Own order operations after the sale to business customers, covering technical, operational, financial, and service related responsibilities• Handle customer orders, primarily international: receiving orders, preparing quotes according to specification, tracking payments, and producing reports• Manage ongoing order related coordination across development, manufacturing, sales, and finance• Work daily with ERP and CRM systemsWe offer• A pleasant work environment with a friendly team, in a stable global company• Working hours 08:00 to 17:00 or 16:00, with flexibility • Competitive salary based on experience• A broad and varied role with real impact on the business process• Hybrid work - one day a week from homeOnly suitable applications will be reviewed.This role requires the ability to commute to northern Lod.Join a meaningful, stable, rewarding, and growing company, and a friendly, high quality team.
