Sales Operations & Order Management Specialist

We are a fast-growing Lithuanian/Dutch technology company specializing in the global supply of AI and high-performance computing (HPC) hardware, working with customers, suppliers and technology partners across Europe, the US and Asia.We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales Operations & Order Management Specialist to join our Vilnius HQ.You will work closely with the CEO and our Amsterdam sales team, taking ownership of the operational side of our international transactions — from confirmed high-value orders through logistics and successful delivery.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer and supplier orders from PO to delivery;Coordinate international shipments with suppliers, customers, DHL, FedEx and freight forwarders;Prepare and manage shipping and transaction documentation;Track orders and proactively resolve delivery or documentation issues;Maintain accurate order records and transaction documentation;Coordinate with Sales and Finance throughout the transaction;Help improve our internal order management and operational processes.What we are looking for:Experience in sales operations, order management, logistics, supply chain or international trade;Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently;Fluent English and strong communication skills;Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment;Experience with international B2B trade, IT hardware, Incoterms or customs is an advantage.What we offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonus;A high level of autonomy and responsibility;Direct exposure to the rapidly growing AI & HPC industry;International work with customers and partners across multiple markets;Direct collaboration with the CEO and international sales team;Minimal bureaucracy and fast decision-making;Opportunity to shape processes and grow into a broader Operations/Sales role as the company scales.
