Headquartered in New York City, The Levy Group manages, elevates, and builds the long-term value of consumer brands by partnering with best-in-class manufacturers and retailers.Sales Operations CoordinatorSales Operations Coordinator will ensure that all wholesale sales operational functions are executed, maintained, and updated accurately as well as shared in a timely manner for optimized sales decisions and results. Effectively communicating data and information with internal and external partners is critical in this role.Responsibilities:Client Operations Management:Order management: input, track and follow up on orders in the systemManage inventory, open orders and ATS (make sure ATS is up to date)Track and update regularly the status of PO’s, shipmentsAssist President of the division with daily tasksDrop ship sales managementMaintain samples and prepare the showroom for buyer appointmentsCollaborate with internal teams including design, production, operationsClient Sales Support Services:Manage orders with regards to delivery issues, extensions, and overages/shortagesRun/Analyze selling reportsManage sample logs and customer sample requestsProduct information (copy and imagery)Qualifications:1-2 years of sales operations or sales assistant experienceBFA or BA in Fashion Merchandising, Business or related field preferredAbility to communicate clearly using apparel terminologyBasic understanding of wholesale apparel operations and sales processStrong organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detailFlexible and able to accept and embrace changing priorities with a positive attitudeExcellent oral and written communication skillsTeam player with ability to be productive independently and on a team settingStrong problem solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Knowledge of production PLM systems (Blue Cherry)
