As our Indoor Sales Coordinator, you will bring structure, preparation, and momentum to the Commercial team, keeping our sales funnel accurate, our Business Developers prepared, and our commercial activity moving forward.You will own the coordination behind meetings, events, CRM activity, sales materials, and reporting. Working with government agencies and defense organizations worldwide, we are building next-generation technologies for mission-critical operations and redefining what is possible in defense aerospace.What You'll DoSales Funnel & CRM ManagementOwn the day-to-day management of our sales funnel in the CRM, keeping opportunities, stages, contacts, and next actions accurate and up to dateKeep CRM data clean and reliable, following up with BDs for updates, closing stale records, and making sure the funnel reflects commercial realityProduce funnel and pipeline reports and proactively flag stalled, slipping, or at-risk opportunitiesMaintain CRM views, pipelines, templates, and simple automations that make the sales process faster and more effectiveEvent & Meeting PlanningPlan and coordinate BD meetings around trade shows, conferences, customer visits, and industry events, creating efficient and well-organised itinerariesMaximise the impact of every event by pre-booking meetings with relevant contacts and making sure each engagement has a clear objectiveOwn the coordination behind invitations, confirmations, scheduling, calendars, and follow-ups so nothing gets lost along the wayWork ahead of the BD team, anticipating what needs to happen before, during, and after key commercial eventsBD Readiness & Sales EnablementMake sure our BDs arrive at every customer conversation fully prepared with current pitch decks, one-pagers, product information, and relevant commercial materialsMaintain a central and version-controlled library of sales materials and work with Marketing and Product to keep content accurate and currentPrepare concise briefing packs covering account background, key contacts, previous interactions, and meeting objectivesHelp turn commercial information into practical tools that make our BD team more effective in the fieldSales Data & Analytical SupportProvide practical data and analytical support by pulling reports, creating simple dashboards, and tracking pipeline and activity metricsPrepare account history, previous interactions, and relevant data before meetings and events to sharpen customer conversationsSupport forecasting and management reporting with clean and reliable commercial dataIdentify straightforward trends, gaps, and opportunities that help BDs understand where to focus their timeTeam Coordination & AdministrationBe the reliable internal point of contact for the BD team, keeping communication moving between field teams, the office, and supporting functionsCoordinate closely with Marketing, Product, and the wider Commercial organisation to keep sales activity connectedTake ownership of the commercial administration that keeps the sales engine running smoothlyBring structure and follow-through to a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quicklyRequirementsWhat You'll NeedBachelor's degree or equivalent, or a relevant vocational qualification combined with hands-on sales support experienceAround 2 to 4 years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, inside sales, commercial administration, or a comparable roleExperience working with CRM platforms and an interest in keeping commercial data accurate, structured, and usefulStrong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlinesConfidence working with data, including a good working knowledge of Excel and basic reporting or BI toolsStrong communication skills and a proactive, service-minded approach to supporting a field-based sales teamFluent English, with another European language considered an advantageEligibility to obtain or hold the required security clearance within an EU member stateWho You AreYou thrive when there are a lot of moving parts and you are the person bringing them together.
