Apply & track with Apply EdgeLocations and expectations: This role is designed to be based in the Corporate Office in Sanford, FL, with moderate travel required based on business needs, company meetings, training, and Sales Operations initiatives.Job Summary: The Sales Operations Coordinator supports the execution, adoption, and ongoing management of sales processes, technology, reporting, training, and strategic initiatives across RepScrubs.Working closely with Sales Operations and Sales Leadership, this role serves as the operational support behind new initiatives - helping coordinate system rollouts, train team members, monitor adoption, maintain reporting and CRM accuracy, and ensure established processes are consistently followed.The Sales Operations Coordinator will help connect strategy to execution by identifying gaps, tracking performance and utilization, and providing Sales Operations leadership with the information needed to continuously improve tools, processes, training, and overall sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor Sales Processes & Adoption: Track adherence to established sales processes and operational expectations. Identify inconsistencies, recurring challenges, or areas of low adoption and report findings to Sales Operations leadership.Support Sales Technology & CRM: Assist with the rollout and ongoing adoption of CRM functionality, dashboards, workflows, automation, and sales tools. Monitor utilization, data accuracy, and adherence to established CRM expectations; identify gaps and coordinate follow-up as needed.Execute Sales Operations Initiatives: Support the implementation of new Sales Operations programs, processes, technology, and strategic initiatives. Maintain project timelines, deliverables, communications, documentation, and follow-up to ensure successful execution.Support Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and maintain recurring sales reports, dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries. Validate data, identify trends or anomalies requiring additional review, and support reporting related to pipeline, sales activity, account expansion, technology adoption, and other established KPIs.Support Sales Training & Enablement: Coordinate and support onboarding and ongoing training for sales team members. Deliver standardized training on established systems, tools, processes, and workflows and maintain associated training resources and documentation.Monitor Training Effectiveness: Track training completion and post-training adoption, identify recurring questions or performance gaps, and provide findings to Sales Operations leadership to support continued development of training and resources.Coordinate Cross-Functional Projects: Support Sales Operations initiatives involving Sales, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, IT/Development, Operations, Implementation, and other internal teams. Track responsibilities, timelines, deliverables, and outstanding action items.Provide Sales Team Operational Support: Serve as a day-to-day resource for established Sales Operations processes, systems, reporting, and tools. Assist with routine questions, troubleshooting operational issues, and escalate more complex needs appropriately.Maintain Sales Operations Resources: Maintain standardized processes, SOPs, training materials, templates, reporting resources, and other internal Sales Operations documentation.Drive Accountability & Follow-Through: Monitor outstanding Sales Operations requirements and deliverables, follow up with appropriate stakeholders, and escalate recurring gaps or barriers to Sales Operations leadership.Identify Opportunities for Improvement: Gather feedback and identify recurring technology, process, training, or operational challenges that may require additional review or improvement.
Qualifications
2-4+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations, business operations, project coordination/project management, sales support, CRM administration, or a similar role.Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to organize initiatives, establish and maintain timelines, coordinate stakeholders, track deliverables, manage competing priorities, and drive projects through completion.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data, documentation, and project records.Experience working with CRM platforms and supporting technology adoption; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.Comfortable working with data, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to support training and communicate effectively across teams and levels of leadership.Ability to translate established strategies and objectives into organized, actionable implementation plans.Ability to identify process gaps, recurring issues, project risks, and opportunities for improvement.Strong follow-through with the confidence to proactively engage stakeholders regarding outstanding deliverables, timelines, and established processes.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across multiple departments and functional areas.Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in an evolving environment where priorities, processes, and technology continue to develop.High level of discretion, judgment, professionalism, and accountability.Project management certification or formal project management training is a plus but not required.
