Sales Operations Coordinator German & English

We’re Hiring: Sales Operations Coordinator (Advanced German & English)Are you highly detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in Order Management? Are you comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and keeping complex processes running smoothly? We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our international team and support our Commercial operations.📍 Location: Bucharest – Hybrid🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal orders across Marketing, Business Units, giveaways, sponsoring, and special employee offers;
• Support month-end closing by reviewing old orders, identifying zero-price orders, and flagging manual price or discount changes;
• Identify and resolve date discrepancies to ensure accurate order processing;
• Ensure all delivered products and services are invoiced accurately and on time;
• Support legal entities with analyses, reminders, and requests;
• Support price uploads, sample processes, and licensee order workflows;
• Act as a Key User for the company’s ERP system and support efficient order management processes;
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.🔹 Requirements:
• Advanced German and English language skills, both spoken and written;
• Previous experience in Order Management, Sales Administration, or Sales Coordination is required;
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience;
• Commercial education; additional training in Sales Administration or Export Processing is a plus;
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and solid ERP knowledge; D365 F&O is a plus;
• Experience working in an international environment and collaborating with stakeholders at different levels;
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
• Confident communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently;
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and ERP systems.🔹 What We Offer:
