We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operation Coordinator to join our Chemical Supply Chain Management team.Job SpecificationCoordinate end-to-end order management, including order entry, tracking, delivery scheduling, and issue resolutionMonitor inventory levels and collaborate with partner companies to ensure timely replenishmentSupport demand planning with sales forecast inputsCommunicate with logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and resolve shipment discrepanciesEnter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal databases and systemsSupport customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product detailsMaintain customer master data and pricing recordsPerform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager.Other duties as assignedQualified candidates must have:1–5 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain, logistics, or order managementHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBilingual in English & Korean (conversational)Ability to interact and communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customersGood organization skills
