Apply & track with Apply EdgeThis individual will work closely with sales, production, planning, and logistics to manage the day-to-day operations of key off-price retail accounts. The ideal candidate understands apparel wholesale operations and can manage orders, track inventory, coordinate shipments, and ensure seamless execution from order placement through delivery.Key Responsibilities –Sales & Account SupportProvide day-to-day operational support across off-price accounts, including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, Burlington, and other major retailers.Manage purchase orders from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Maintain customer order information, pricing, delivery dates, and account requirements.Prepare sales reports, order status updates, and inventory availability reports.Respond to customer requests, order inquiries, and account-related administrative needs.Order Management & OperationsCoordinate with production, planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to process and ship orders on schedule.Track open orders, inventory availability, production timelines, and shipping deadlines.Monitor order changes, cancellations, extensions, and delivery adjustments.Ensure compliance with customer routing guides, shipping requirements, and vendor guidelines.Proactively resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and operational issues.Inventory & ReportingMaintain accurate inventory and order tracking reports.Support available-to-sell inventory, stock availability, and excess inventory reporting.Help prepare inventory offerings and sales opportunities for off-price accounts.Communicate fulfillment updates to internal teams and retail partners.Maintain purchase orders, shipping documents, and customer correspondence.Qualifications2–4+ years in sales operations, sales coordination, account support, or customer service at an apparel manufacturer or wholesaler.Experience supporting TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, or Burlington strongly preferred.Knowledge of wholesale order management, purchase orders, inventory tracking, and shipping.Children’s apparel experience preferred; other apparel categories considered.Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP or order management systems.Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.Proactive and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Salary $65,000-$75,000
