Sales Operations Executive (Business Support Team) Operations

Our client, a leading multinational company (MNC), is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive to support business planning, sales operations, reporting, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.Key Responsibilities• Prepare, analyze, and consolidate business reports to support management decision-making.• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reports, and performance tracking tools.• Support sales forecasting, demand planning, inventory management, and stock replenishment activities.• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.• Monitor business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across operational and commercial reporting.• Support monthly planning, forecasting, and business review processes.• Assist in inventory optimization and supply planning activities.Required Skills & Experience• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, data modeling, and management of large datasets.• Experience in reporting, dashboard development, business analysis, and data consolidation.• Strong understanding of sales operations, business planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.• Experience in forecasting, stock planning, demand planning, and logistics coordination.• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.To apply, please share your updated CV with us.
