🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SALES OPERATIONS EXECUTIVELocation: Nemawar Road, Indore Function: Sales & Supply Chain Openings: 2 Experience: 2–4 YearsWe are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to manage day-to-day sales operations and ensure smooth execution from order booking to dispatch.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with SAP, MS Excel/MIS, Customers, Brokers, Distributors, Sales, PPC/Production and Logistics teams.🔹 Key Responsibilities📌 Sales Order ManagementManage end-to-end sales orders from SAP order punching to closure.Track open, pending, dispatched and closed orders.Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closure.Ensure orders are managed within the defined 7-day SLA.📌 Customer / Broker / Distributor CoordinationCoordinate with Customers, Brokers and Distributors regarding orders and dispatches.Follow up for order confirmations and pending requirements.Resolve routine order-related issues through effective coordination.📌 Sales & Dispatch OperationsCoordinate with Sales Managers for order priorities and dispatch requirements.Prepare/share the daily loading and dispatch plan.Coordinate with Logistics, PPC/Production and Sales for timely order fulfilment.Track planned vs. actual loading and dispatch.📌 Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with Sales, PPC/Production, Logistics/Dispatch and Accounts.Follow up on stock availability and production requirements.Escalate operational bottlenecks and ensure timely resolution.📌 MIS & Sales ReportingPrepare and circulate Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales MIS.Track order frequency, order value, open orders, dispatch status and sales performance.Provide insights to the Sales Team and management for corrective action.📌 Pricing & Sales TrackingCommunicate daily pricing updates to Sales Teams, Brokers and relevant stakeholders.Track sales performance against targets and plans.📌 Outstanding & CollectionsMonitor customer outstanding balances.Coordinate with Sales/Customers for timely payment follow-up.Highlight overdue accounts requiring attention.🔹 Candidate Requirements✅ 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations / Sales Coordination / Order Management / Sales MIS / Supply Chain✅ Hands-on experience in SAP Order Management✅ Strong knowledge of MS Excel & MIS Reporting✅ Experience in Customer, Broker & Distributor Coordination✅ Experience in cross-functional coordination✅ Strong follow-up, communication and problem-solving skills✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities and take ownership of order closurePreferred: Experience in FMCG, Food, Manufacturing, Distribution or similar industries.📍 Location: Nemawar Road, Indore📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at: bdm@goldenbansi.com#Hiring #SalesOperations #SalesOperationsExecutive #SalesJobs #IndoreJobs #IndoreHiring #SupplyChainJobs #OrderManagement #SAPJobs #MISJobs #LogisticsJobs #SalesCoordination #HiringNow
