Sales Operations Executive

Location: HoChiMinh City

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end order processing, including order confirmation, warehouse coordination, shipment tracking and delivery.2. Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify stock or delivery risks.3. Coordinate closely with customers, warehouse, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment.4. Resolve order, delivery and inventory issues and follow through to closure.5. Maintain accurate sales, order, inventory, and delivery reports using Excel.Qualifications：- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Coordination, Order Management or Supply Chain within FMCG, Beauty, Retail.- Experience handling Modern Trade orders or working with retailers such as Guardian, Hasaki, Watsons, Aeon, WinMart, or GS25 is highly preferred.- Proficient in Excel with strong data organization skills.- Able to communicate effectively in English in daily work.- Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
