OLL.co hosts the annual Skill Bharat Samman awards, recognizing impactful contributions to skills-based education.Role Description The Sales Operations Intern role at OLL.co is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support the sales team in managing lead data, updating CRM entries, and tracking sales activities and performance metrics. Daily tasks include preparing reports and dashboards, coordinating with internal teams to streamline sales processes, and assisting with documentation for partnerships and institutional clients. The intern will help maintain accurate records of customer interactions, respond to basic inquiries, and support follow-up communication to improve conversion and retention. This role offers exposure to sales operations in the education technology sector and opportunities to learn from experienced professionals.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support performance reporting.Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to collaborate with teams and interact professionally with partners and customers.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide clear information, and support a positive learner and partner experience.Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Operations skills to assist with pipeline management, process optimization, and basic forecasting.Candidates should have proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools; familiarity with CRM or sales management software is an advantage.Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Enrollment in or completion of a degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience or training will be considered.An interest in education technology, practical learning, and skills development will be beneficial for success in this role.
