This role is responsible for sales process optimization, forecasting, reporting, pricing governance, and CRM management, while also ensuring close alignment with PMO and Finance on project progress and revenue realization.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Process & GovernanceDesign, implement, and continuously improve sales processes, policies, and workflows.Ensure compliance with pricing, discounting, and approval frameworks.Forecasting & AnalyticsDevelop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.Provide actionable insights through dashboards and performance metrics.CRM & Tools ManagementOwn CRM administration, ensuring data integrity and adoption across the sales team.Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools to improve productivity.Cross‑Functional CollaborationLiaise with PMO and Finance teams to track project progress, revenue realization, and customer payment cycles.Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Delivery teams to align sales operations with company objectives.Support bid management, proposal reviews, and contract governance.Performance ManagementTrack KPIs, quotas, and incentive plans.Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on sales performance and operational efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).7+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Sales Enablement within IT/Systems Integration or enterprise technology.
