Sales Operations Manager

Role: Manager – Sales OperationsLocation: Abu DhabiThis is a senior operational leadership role responsible for overseeing sales administration, customer onboarding, transaction management, documentation, compliance, and post-sales support, while ensuring a seamless experience from reservation through SPA execution and transaction completion.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop the Sales Support team, driving performance and a customer-centric culture.Oversee the end-to-end sales transaction lifecycle, including reservations, SPA preparation, onboarding, documentation, and completion.Ensure compliance with KYC, governance, regulatory, and audit requirements.Manage customer requests, amendments, cancellations, refunds, transfers, and complex cases.Partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Customer Management, Development, and IT.Drive process improvements, automation, SOP development, and operational efficiency.Oversee Salesforce/CRM data integrity, reporting, KPIs, and transaction management systems.Support project launches, sales campaigns, and high-volume sales periods.Identify opportunities to improve turnaround times, service quality, and the overall customer experience.What We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline.10–15 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales operations, sales administration, customer service, or related functions.8–10 years of people management experience leading operational or customer-facing teams.Strong experience within real estate development, property, or a related industry is highly preferred.Proven expertise in customer transactions, sales documentation, SPA administration, KYC, and compliance.Hands-on experience with Salesforce/CRM and transaction management systems.Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management, and process improvement capabilities.Excellent leadership skills, with a strong focus on team development, governance, and customer experience.If you are an experienced sales support leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence, customer experience, and continuous improvement, we would love to hear from you.#Hiring #SalesSupport #SalesOperations #RealEstateJobs #RealEstate #Leadership #CustomerExperience #Salesforce #DubaiJobs
