The company believes in creating solutions that empower healthier lifestyles for families.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Distribution Sales Manager to manage our distributor relationships and support order fulfillment for major US retail accounts, particularly Target. This is a hands-on role that combines account management, sales operations, and order coordination.You will serve as the primary point of contact between customers, factories, logistics partners, and our internal team. You will manage purchase orders from receipt through delivery, including confirming quantities, coordinating production schedules, tracking ex-factory and pickup dates, arranging shipments, issuing invoices, and following up on payment. Orders and timelines frequently change, so you must be comfortable keeping multiple parties aligned, chasing down missing information, and maintaining accurate records at every stage.A significant part of this role is supporting Target’s in-line and replenishment business. You will manage weekly purchase orders, routing and shipping requirements, delivery windows, and related documentation. Your responsibility is to ensure that orders ship accurately and on time while minimizing compliance issues, chargebacks, and penalties.You will also manage relationships with our international distributors, support existing accounts, identify new distribution opportunities, and help grow revenue across wholesale and retail channels.This role is best suited for someone who enjoys heads-down, detail-intensive work and takes pride in keeping every order, deadline, and open question under control. You should be proactive, persistent, and comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment.Although this is a home-based role, candidates must reside in either California or Tennessee.ResponsibilitiesManage customer purchase orders from receipt through production, shipment, invoicing, and payment collection.Coordinate order quantities, production schedules, ex-factory dates, pickup dates, and delivery requirements with customers, factories, and logistics partners.Maintain accurate, up-to-date order trackers and documentation across multiple accounts, SKUs, and shipments.Proactively follow up on missing information, unresolved questions, late approvals, and changing customer requirements.Manage Target’s weekly in-line and replenishment orders, including routing, shipping documentation, delivery windows, and compliance requirements.Ensure retailer orders are shipped accurately and on time to prevent chargebacks, deductions, and other penalties.Communicate order changes clearly and ensure all parties are working from the most current information.Issue invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and follow up on outstanding payments.Manage relationships with existing distributors and retail partners.Identify new distribution opportunities and support the growth of existing accounts.Escalate potential delays, discrepancies, and compliance risks before they affect delivery.Collaborate with internal teams to align inventory, production capacity, and customer demand.QualificationsRequiredHands-on experience supporting Target as a vendor, including in-line or replenishment orders, weekly PO management, routing and shipping requirements, delivery windows, and chargeback prevention.Prior experience working with a consumer products companyPreferredExperience in wholesale, distribution, sales operations, account management, or retail operations within the consumer-products industry.Experience coordinating orders and delivery schedules with international factories and logistics providers.Experience managing major US retail accounts in addition to Target.Experience managing customer purchase orders from receipt through production coordination, shipment, invoicing, and payment collection.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. You can reliably manage multiple orders, SKUs, quantities, deadlines, and changing requirements without letting details fall through the cracks.Persistent follow-through. You proactively chase missing information, confirm deadlines, resolve discrepancies, and close open questions without waiting to be reminded.Ability to manage frequent changes to quantities, production schedules, pickup dates, delivery dates, and customer requirements while keeping all parties aligned.Strong written communication and sound judgment about when an issue requires immediate escalation.Highly organized and process-driven, with experience maintaining accurate trackers, documentation, and account records.Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and experience using retailer portals, EDI systems, ERP platforms, or order-management tools.Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment and take full ownership of detailed, deadline-sensitive work.A calm, low-key, and meticulous working style.Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
