You are accountable for the cadence that runs the business — forecast, pipeline review, planning, and reporting — and for the systems and data that make it trustworthy.Equally, you will sit at the table with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery leadership as a partner in how we go to market — not as a reporting function.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish clear standards for analysis, reporting, and data governance, and hold the team to them consistently.Act as an escalation point for the sales organization on operational issues, and shield the team from unmanaged ad-hoc demand.Operating Cadence & ForecastingOwn the end-to-end forecast process: cadence design, submission discipline, consolidation, and the quality of what reaches executive leadership.Drive improvement in forecast accuracy over time — diagnose where calls break down and hold sales leaders to a consistent methodology.Run pipeline inspection and deal review cadence; define the coverage, velocity, and health metrics the business manages to.Own the reporting layer for the sales organization — from sales head to sales leaders through to rep-level dashboards — and ensure one trusted version of the numbers.GTM PlanningLead the annual go-to-market planning cycle in partnership with Sales Leadership and Finance — segmentation, territory design, quota setting, and capacity modeling.Partner with Finance and HR on sales compensation plan design, quota administration, and resolution of escalated commission issues.Translate revenue targets into an operational plan the sales organization can actually execute against.Systems, Process & EnablementOwn the GTM technology roadmap — CRM - SalesforceSet and enforce data governance standards across the CRM; be accountable for data quality as a managed outcome, not a periodic clean-up.Define and continuously improve the end-to-end sales process — stage definitions, qualification standards, approval thresholds, and deal desk workflow.Own sales onboarding and ongoing enablement on process and systems, and drive adoption of the changes you introduce.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus.6–10 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related function, including at least 2 years managing people or leading a team.Track record of owning a forecast process end to end for a sales organization of meaningful scale.Deep, hands-on expertise with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)Experience leading territory, quota, and capacity planning cycles alongside Sales and Finance leadership.Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the judgment to know which analysis will actually change a decision.Experience leading a system implementation or significant process change through to adoption.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBackground in IT services, technology, or B2B enterprise sales environments.Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.Strong in hand on Advanced Excel skills for analysis purposes & capable of working with huge data sets.Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and working SQL knowledge.Experience supporting a global or multi-region sales organization across time zones
