As part of the FMH Group, we go beyond simply moving goods - we design, build, manage and deliver integrated, optimised supply chain solutions for our customers.Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has become available within our New Business team for a Sales Operations Manager, based in Moorabbin.Reporting to the EGM-New Business, this role will play a key role in bringing structure, visibility and consistency to our national New Business function. You will oversee sales operations, pipeline management, reporting, Salesforce and process governance, while supporting the sales team to improve conversion and maintain momentum across the sales cycleRequirementsAs the Sales Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Manage the national New Business pipeline, ensuring opportunities are accurate, up to date and progressingRun regular pipeline reviews, following up stalled or at-risk opportunities and highlighting key priorities and risksPrepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, including board-ready materials on pipeline health and performanceOwn Salesforce as the single source of truth for New Business, maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracyIdentify opportunities to improve sales conversion, pipeline velocity and the customer journeyEnsure agreed sales processes and procedures are followed consistently across the New Business teamMaintain and improve Sales and Implementation processes to support consistent ways of workingSupport tender and RFP management, including proposals, presentations and sales contentMaintain a central library of current sales collateral, templates and resourcesSupport onboarding and training for new team members across Salesforce, systems and processesCoordinate customer meetings, events and presentations to support the sales teamPartner with the General Manager - Implementation, Project Managers and Account Managers throughout onboarding and hypercareTrack implementation milestones and escalate risks that may impact customer go-live or commercial outcomesIdentify and implement improvements across the New Business funnel, systems and reportingProvide Salesforce training, coaching and adoption support across the New Business teamManage Salesforce configuration, system updates and release activities within New BusinessEnsure reporting provides clear and reliable insights for sales representatives, managers and leadershipExperience RequiredPrevious experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar roleStrong Salesforce administration and reporting experience is essentialExperience managing sales pipelines, reporting and CRM data in a national or multi-team environmentStrong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities through dataStrong Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills, with experience creating reports and dashboardsExperience working closely with Sales, Implementation and Account Management teamsStrong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProven ability to identify process improvements and drive consistent ways of workingTransport or logistics industry experience is beneficial, but not essentialA relevant tertiary qualification is desirableBenefitsWhy should you join efm Logistics?Strong focus on regular and ongoing professional development training, enhancing skills and career progression A dynamic and empowering culture, where we challenge each other to do it better An opportunity to be part of an industry leader Competitive salary and bonus scheme Modern office space and technology, located within Moorabbin's ever evolving Morris Moor complexFree parking and onsite caféCompany functions and team building activitiesPartner with 2 charities, volunteering time to make a difference and contribute to the positive impact they are having both locally and internationallyHow to applyIf this sounds like you, please send your CV via the link below.
