We are looking for a Sales Operations ManagerThe Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving CRM excellence, pipeline discipline, and forecasting accuracy across the global sales organization. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to optimize processes, maintain high-quality Salesforce data, and enable predictable revenue growth.Key Skills & ExpectationsCRM expertise and pipeline management.Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting skills.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Proactive, process-oriented, and collaborative.Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.Drives CRM adoption, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Requirements2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with CRM ( Salesforce preferred).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with AI tools is an advantage.Experience supporting a global B2B sales organization.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.Bachelor's degree
