Sales Operations Specialist (Carrier)

On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, we are seeking Sales Operations Specialist (Carrier) to support CRM processes, sales digitalization initiatives, and customer relationship management for the Carrier business. This is an excellent opportunity for UAEN nationals (fresh graduates or experienced professionals) who demonstrate strong attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.Key Responsibilities

• Execute and operate CRM-related processes, sales digitalization initiatives, and project operations for the Carrier business at the country level.
• Support and enable customer relationship management, customer expectation management, and customer satisfaction management.
• Assist in monitoring customer interactions and ensuring high service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales operations and process improvements.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of Carrier business objectives through disciplined execution and proactive support.RequirementsMandatory:
• UAEN Nationals (Emirati).
• Bachelor’s degree (or currently completing) in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT, or a related field.
• Strong professional attitude, positive behavior, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.Preferred:
• Fresh graduates Graduate year 2025 - 2026 from (UAEU, KU, AUS, ZU, UOS, HCT) or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or operations.
