About the jobAre you highly detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple stakeholders, and energized by keeping complex processes running smoothly? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Commercial team at Head Office, reporting to the Team Lead Sales Operations.What you’ll do:Manage internal orders across Marketing, Business Units, giveaways, sponsoring, and special employee offersOwn key parts of month-end closing: reviewing old orders, identifying zero-price orders, flagging manual price/discount changes, and resolving date discrepanciesEnsure that everything delivered is invoiced accurately and on timeSupport all legal entities with analyses, reminders, and requestsSupport price uploads, sample processes, and licensee order workflowsAct as a Key User for our ERP systemWhat you bring:A commercial education; further training in Sales Administration or Export Processing is a plus1+ years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales AdministrationHands-on experience with ERP systems and solid ERP know-how; D365 F&O is a plusExperience working in an international environment and collaborating with stakeholders at different levelsConfident communication skills, an independent and hands-on approach, and a global mindsetFluency in German and EnglishGood knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and ERP systemsReady to take the next step?If you are a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working with people, processes, and data, we would love to hear from you.
