establish clear performance expectations, monitor results, identify improvement opportunities, and drive sustainable sales outcomes.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Manager to lead sales-performance management, KPI development, performance analytics, target tracking, productivity analysis, performance improvement, and executive reporting.The role will provide Sales leadership with actionable insights into quota attainment, revenue performance, pipeline health, conversion, productivity, sales capacity, forecast performance, and execution effectiveness.The successful candidate will combine commercial understanding, analytics, performance management, operational discipline, and stakeholder leadership to help sales teams consistently achieve and exceed their objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Performance StrategyDevelop and implement a sales-performance management framework aligned with company strategy.Translate revenue and growth objectives into measurable sales KPIs.Establish performance standards across regions, segments, products, territories, channels, and sales roles.Define performance-management methodologies, governance, review cadence, and reporting standards.Identify key drivers of sales success and translate them into measurable indicators.Ensure performance metrics encourage sustainable and commercially valuable behaviors.Continuously improve performance-management frameworks based on business results.KPI FrameworkDevelop and maintain comprehensive sales KPI frameworks.Track revenue, bookings, quota attainment, win rate, pipeline coverage, conversion, average deal size, sales-cycle length, productivity, retention, and other relevant indicators.Define KPI calculations, ownership, frequency, targets, and data sources.Establish leading and lagging indicators.Ensure KPI definitions are consistent across the organization.Identify metrics that provide actionable management insight rather than vanity reporting.Regularly review KPI relevance as business priorities evolve.Quota AttainmentMonitor quota attainment across individuals, teams, territories, regions, products, and segments.Analyze attainment distribution and performance trends.Identify high-performing and underperforming populations.Assess the relationship between quota levels, territory potential, sales capacity, and actual performance.Identify structural barriers affecting quota achievement.Partner with Sales Planning and Sales Compensation teams on quota-related insights.Develop recommendations to improve attainment.Sales ProductivityAnalyze sales productivity across roles, teams, regions, and markets.Track revenue per seller, bookings per seller, pipeline generation, conversion rates, sales-cycle duration, and other productivity measures.Analyze productivity by tenure and sales experience where appropriate.Identify productivity gaps and high-performing practices.Assess the impact of process, territory, compensation, enablement, technology, and organizational changes.Develop initiatives to improve seller productivity.Monitor productivity improvements over time.Performance AnalyticsDevelop detailed sales-performance analyses.Analyze historical trends, performance distributions, growth rates, and variance to plan.Identify relationships between sales activities, pipeline, conversion, and outcomes.Segment performance by relevant dimensions.Identify outliers, anomalies, and emerging trends.Develop root-cause analyses for significant performance changes.Translate analytical findings into practical management actions.Performance ReportingBuild and maintain sales-performance dashboards.Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.Prepare executive-level sales-performance summaries.Highlight performance against targets, key risks, opportunities, and required actions.Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, concise, and actionable.Establish standardized reporting formats.Automate recurring reports where possible.Sales Performance ReviewsEstablish and facilitate regular sales-performance reviews.Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.Prepare agendas, dashboards, analysis, and action trackers.Identify performance gaps and root causes.Challenge unsupported explanations and assumptions.Ensure agreed actions have clear owners and deadlines.Track action completion and performance impact.Target ManagementMonitor performance against revenue, bookings, pipeline, and other commercial targets.Track progress toward annual and quarterly objectives.Identify early warning signals of target shortfalls.Develop gap-to-target analyses.Model actions required to close performance gaps.Partner with Sales leadership to establish recovery plans.Monitor execution of performance-recovery initiatives.Pipeline PerformanceAnalyze pipeline creation, coverage, quality, progression, and conversion.Monitor pipeline against required coverage levels.Identify pipeline-generation gaps by region, team, segment, product, and territory.Analyze opportunity aging and pipeline velocity.Identify stalled or low-quality opportunities.Assess conversion performance across sales stages.Link pipeline performance to future revenue outcomes.Recommend actions to improve pipeline health.Conversion & Win-Rate AnalysisTrack conversion rates across sales stages.Analyze win/loss performance by segment, product, territory, competitor, seller, and deal type where data is available.Identify factors associated with successful deals.Analyze lost-opportunity trends.Identify recurring reasons for losses.Develop recommendations to improve win rates.Partner with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership on improvement initiatives.Ideal CandidateThe successful candidate should have experience in Sales Performance Management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Business Planning, Sales Strategy, or related disciplines.The candidate should demonstrate:Proven experience managing sales-performance programs and analytics.Strong understanding of sales KPIs and commercial performance drivers.Experience tracking quota attainment and target performance.Strong sales-productivity analysis capabilities.Experience with pipeline, conversion, win-rate, and sales-cycle analytics.Strong performance-reporting and executive-dashboard capabilities.Experience conducting root-cause analysis and performance-improvement initiatives.Strong understanding of sales forecasting and revenue planning.Experience working closely with Sales leadership.Strong commercial and financial understanding.Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to translate data into practical management actions.Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms is highly advantageous.Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar CRM systems is advantageous.Experience with sales-performance, forecasting, planning, or compensation platforms is advantageous.Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics and predictive performance tools is advantageous.Experience managing international or multi-country sales organizations is highly advantageous.Experience in SaaS, technology, professional services, enterprise sales, B2B, financial services, retail, or other complex commercial environments is advantageous.UAE, GCC, Middle East, or multinational sales-performance experience is advantageous.Relevant degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Management, or a related discipline is highly advantageous.Professional qualifications in Business Analytics, Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields are advantageous.Strong written and verbal English communication skills; Arabic is advantageous for UAE/GCC environments.Strong project-management and organizational capabilities.Ability to manage multiple analytical workstreams, reporting cycles,
