The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving retail sales and developing dealer/distributor networks.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage dealer and distributor relationships across the assigned market.Drive retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets.Develop new dealers/distributors and expand market coverage.Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.Identify new business opportunities and market potential.Coordinate with dealers/distributors for product availability, pricing and sales support.Requirements7+ years of experience in Retail Sales / Channel Sales.Strong network and established relationships with dealers and distributors.Experience in Construction Chemicals building materials.Strong understanding of UAE retail/channel market.Proven track record of achieving sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.UAE market experience will be an advantage.
