About the CompanyLeta Contract Furniture, a leading provider of bespoke furniture solutions for the Horeca sector, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Sales Manager to join our team at our Dubai Showroom.Position Title: Project Sales ManagerDepartment: Commercial / Project SalesReporting To: Management Team / HeadquartersAbout the RoleNew Business Acquisition: Actively identify, cold-approach, and secure new B2B project opportunities to expand the corporate client base.Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth and ensure the brand is specified in premium hospitality and contract projects.Market Representation: Function with local autonomy to pitch manufacturing capabilities and grow regional market share.Responsibilities:Hunting & Lead Generation: Proactively hunt for new B2B contract opportunities and build a strong pipeline.A&D Network Cultivation: Establish and maintain high-end relationships with interior designers, architects, hospitality managers, and procurement officers.Commercial Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions, prepare tailored commercial offers, and finalize contracts while protecting profit margins.HQ & Logistics Coordination: Partner with factory production and logistics teams to track custom manufacturing orders and ensure timely delivery.Reporting & Pipeline Management: Align sales pipelines, strategic metrics, and weekly performance reports directly with headquarters.Brand Representation: Act as the face of the company at key industry events, trade shows, and showrooms.Qualifications:Experience: Proven track record of successful B2B project sales within the design, furniture, or contract industryNetwork: Active, established network of key decision-makers (architects, developers, designers) in the hospitality or Horeca sector.Skills: Exceptional negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.Languages: Fluency in English is man datoryMobility: Valid driving license and flexibility for business travel.Mindset: Proactive, strategic thinker motivated by performance-based incentives.Required Skills:Exceptional negotiation, closing, and presentation skills.Preferred Skills:Active, established network of key decision-makers (architects, developers, designers) in the hospitality or Horeca sector.
