Based in North Sydney, this is a hybrid opportunity.This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at a pivotal stage of its evolution. Working closely with the Global Head of Sales, you will play a critical role in bringing structure, discipline and coordination to a growing commercial function, while supporting strategic initiatives across business development, sales and operational projects.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support business development, sales and strategic growth initiatives.Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders, bids, proposals and customer presentations.Own and maintain CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity and opportunity tracking.Coordinate internal project activities, timelines, milestones and stakeholder communications.Develop project status reports, dashboards and progress updates for leadership.Support the implementation of sales processes, systems and operational frameworks.Assist with commercial planning, meeting coordination and follow-up actions.Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on schedule.About YouYou are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating order from complexity.
