Job Code: JPC - 6326Job Title: Sales PromoterJob Location : Across EmiratesPosition OverviewThe Sales Promoter will be responsible for representing Huawei at retail outlets and drivingsales of Huawei products, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and accessories. The roleinvolves engaging customers, understanding their needs, providing product demonstrations,and delivering an excellent customer experience to maximize sales performance.Key Responsibilities Achieve assigned sales targets Ensure effective execution of in-store activitiesUtilize retail applications (iRetail) and ensure daily updates of sales, inventory, anddisplay status Ensure proper distribution of POSM materials (posters, leaflets, standees, etc.)across assigned storesConduct daily checks to ensure correct display and visibility of branding materialsCollect and report data related to sales, inventory, and brandingMonitor competitor activities and provide timely feedback Report on POSM display status and additional requirements Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and inventory availability in stores Maintain strong communication with store owners to secure branding space andsupport Build and maintain relationships with store stakeholders (KDR/IR channels)Maintain strong knowledge of Huawei products and their competitive advantagesStay updated on competitor products and market trendsAchieve monthly Sell-Out (SO) and Sell-Through (ST) targetsAcceptance materials must be collected on time.RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (electronicspreferred) Background in electronics or technology is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good understanding of smartphones, tablets, and laptops Customer-focused with strong selling skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Presentable, energetic, and persuasive personality Basic English proficiency; additional languages are an advantageAdditional Skills & Qualities Passion for technology and gadgets Ability to work independently and as part of a teamTarget-driven mindsetPositive attitude and professional behavior.
